"They are now a part of that light from which all good things flow. They are the hush we hear in the night after a snowfall; the sweet scent after a summer storm. They are the beauty we see each Spring when the hills are bathed in hues of red, yellow and blue on a bed of green. They are the warmth we feel from the sun touching our skin. They are all things eternal. The coldest of Winters will give way to Spring which in turn will step aside as Summer awakens from her sleep. Now they are part of this cycle once more. "*

WAYNE PECK
1923 - 2008
My Dad had an unfailing wit infused with that dry, Yankee humor and loved nothing more than to tell a story or sing a favorite song. He was a loving and beloved father, a man respected by his family and friends and dearly loved by those who were close to him. He loved his country, his community and the State of Vermont, often saying there is "no other place on earth worth living" and served all with honor.
He was an integral part of life here at Willow Moon Farm, assisting with fence building, gardening, goat keeping and just sharing his opinion as to how this or that should be done. He was a walking encyclopedia of country living.
He is greatly missed.
ZELDA
1997 - 2008
Zelda
IN MEMORY OF OUR BELOVED "ZELDA"
WHO TRAVELLED TO THE RAINBOW BRIDGE ON JULY 8, 2008
Zelda will be remembered as a doberman of outstanding qualities... best dober-fisherdog ever, best frogger ever, best friend ever.. Beyond her excellent skills as an obedience dog, she had an array of little "tricks" that never failed to amaze everyone. But Zelda will be missed most for her elegance, her beautiful brown eyes and her quiet, gentle spirit that always seemed to understand everything.
Zelda we miss you.
CYRANO 1999 - 2009
Our handsome doberguy was a great comedian......and smiled as if he knew it. Cyrano was a great protector and friend and while a bit intimidating when you met him, quickly revealed his warm and wonderful side. He will be most remembered as a "smiling" doberman and we jokingly called him Elvis as his smile had that little crooked look to it (and he wiggled like mad ). Cyrano joins Zelda at the rainbow bridge.....and I think they are both still watching over us.
