Cacciatorino Piccante Salami

Cacciatorino Piccante is a bold, spicy salami made from the rich flavor of our Kunekune pigs, raised right here on our farm with deep care. Our pigs spend their days moving through regeneratively managed pastures and woodlands, rooting, grazing, and living the way pigs are meant to live. They’re fed a non GMO locally milled feed, and every animal on our farm is raised without vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics. That slow, intentional approach creates a clean, honest pork flavor that you can taste in every slice.

Each batch is crafted with pork, salt, spices, red pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and celery juice powder. It’s uncured, gluten free, and made without added nitrates. This salami flavor comes in a package of two large sticks.
